The nomination list of the 27th Hong Kong Film Awards has been announced this afternoon at a press conference in Hong Kong.Director Yee Tung-Shing's anti-drug drama Protege received 15 nominations, Peter Chan's period action The Warlords gets 13 nominations, Ann Hui The Postmodern Life of My Aunt has 9 nominations, and Johnnie To's Mad Detective and Yau Nai-Hoi's Eye in the Sky each gets 8 nominations. These five films are also competing for the awards of Best Film, Best Director and Best Screenplay.
CHOW Yun-Fat, SIQIN Gaowa, and ZHAO Wei were all nominated. For all of the nominations go to MonkeyPeaches.
